Oscar Randel 'Randy' Moore

Oscar Randel 'Randy' Moore, 54 of Lorain, Ohio died Saturday, January 12, 2013 in New Life Hospice of St. Joseph Residentil Center, Lorain. He was born on August 23, 1958 in Ieager, West Virginia. At four months he moved to Lorain. Randy was a 1977 Lorain High School graduate. He loved to cook; he mastered a recipe for chili. Randy enjoyed playing with children, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his mother, Billie Marie (nee: Chapman) Moore of Lorain, his sons, Gus Moore of Sheffield Lake, Ohio and Cameron Moore of Lorain, his daughters, Savannah Moore and Sabrina Moore, both of Lorain his grandson, LaMarion Cofield, sisters, Gusenia (Dale) Martin of Georgia, Jackie (Norman) Resch, Pam Rhodes and Threasa (Jesse) Nichols, all of Lorain and many nieces and nephews. Randy was preceded in death by his father, Gus Moore on November 1, 1996 and his nephew, Jesse Nichols. Friends may call on Thursday, January 17, 2013 from 4 PM until 7 PM at the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, 700 West Erie Ave., Lorain, Ohio 44052 where funeral services will follow at 7 PM with The Rev. Mrs. Lori Bandaski, officiating.
