Monika Patterson

MONIKA PATTERSON Monika Patterson (nee: Moeller), 61 of Lorain, Ohio died early Wednesday morning, December 15, 2010 in Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain following a two year illness. She was born to the late Dora (nee: Hirsh) and Paul Otto Moeller on January 12, 1949 in Schwerborn, Germany. Mrs. Patterson came from Schwerborn to the greater Lorain area in 1955. She graduated with the class of 1967 from South Amherst High School. Mrs. Patterson was a member the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Lorain. She was a homemaker who was an incredible cook. Mrs. Patterson enjoyed talking with her friends, especially on the telephone and shopping. She is survived by her daughter, Jennie E. Patterson of Lorain, her sons, Henry T. (Debbie) Patterson, Jr. and Kevin M. Patterson, both of Lorain and her grandchildren, Angelika, Sydney, McKenzie and Natalie. In addition to her parents who both died in 2006, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Terry Patterson on June 23, 2001. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, December 18, 2010 from 11 A. M. until 1 P. M. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3501 Kolbe Road, Lorain, Ohio 44053. The funeral service will follow in the church at 1 P. M. with burial in Elmwood Cemetery, Lorain. The Walter A.
