Michelle Louise Jay, 52 of Lorain, Ohio died Sunday, May 3, 2015 in the Metro Health Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio following a sudden illness. She was born on March 25, 1963 in Bay Village, Ohio. Michelle was a 1982 graduate of Brunswick High School. She resided in Avon Lake, Ohio before making her home in Lorain eighteen years ago. Michelle was employed at the Murray Ridge Production Center in Lorain. She had a passion for doing word search and bingo. Michelle had a love of animals, especially cats. She enjoyed watching 'Animal Planet' and horror movies. Michelle loved Christmas and the presents given on the holiday. She is survived by her parents, Wanda M. (nee: Renner) Ralston of Lorain and George C. Jay of Las Vegas, Nevada, her brothers, Barry N. (Lydia) White of Holland, Michigan, Gregory C. (Jessica) Jay and Bradford P. Ralston, both of Lorain, her sister, Theresa L. White of Rocky River, Ohio and numerous nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 11 AM until 1 PM in the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, 700 West Erie Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052 where funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 1 PM and inurnment in Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon, Ohio.
