Laurice Maxine Koury-Goldberg, 68 of Lorain, Ohio and Chagrin Falls, Ohio died Monday,January 22, 2018. She was born on October 8, 1949 in Cleveland, Ohio. Laurice was a graduate of Case Western Reserve. She was a gregarious, intelligent lawyer who practiced law. Laurice was a renowned esthetician who owed Laurice Skin Care and Cosmetics. Her life evolved around her dedication to her work. She is survived by her husband, Jan Howard Goldberg to whom she was married for over twenty years, her mother, Maxine Eleanor (nee: Farah) Koury, her sister, Maxine Renee Koury of Lorain and her canines, Sasha and Sergio. Laurice was preceded in death by her father, Michael Fred Koury. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 1 PM until 4 PM in the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, 700 West Erie Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home at 4 PM. A private interment will be in Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst, Ohio.
