Joel Hartley, 72 of Lorain, Ohio died Saturday, October 18, 2014 in the Cleveland Clinic Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio. The family would like to invite his friends to a Celebration of His Life on Saturday, November 22, 2014, from noon till 4 PM at the Rose Caf
