Jean A. Evans (nee: Meyers) 84 of Elyria, Ohio died Monday, November 21, 2011 in her home under the care of Odyssey Hospice and her care-giver, Bonnie L. Koviak. By her request she will be cremated. A memorial service will be on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 2:30 P. M. in the First Presbyterian Church, 1897 East 30th Street, Lorain, Ohio 44055. Complete obit will be in the paper on December 1st.
