Janet Farley Obituary

Janet Louise Farley (nee Nelson), passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at her residence in Amherst, Ohio. Born in South Williamson, Kentucky to the late Thomas and Lucy (nee Brewer) Nelson, she married Milford G. Farley and lived in Lorain raising their family and teaching Beauty School. Her passions in life encompassed the love of her grandchildren, her beloved dogs and frequent shopping sprees. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, son’s, Todd (Melissa) and Gene (JoAnne) Farley; grandchildren Sarah (Dalton) Schmittle, Hannah Farley, Craig (Emily) Farley and 2 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Milford; grandson, Corey Farley and a host of extended family members. All services private. Interment, Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon, Ohio.
