Hazel Bolyard Obituary

Hazel Mae Bolyard, 84 of Vermilion, Ohio, formerly of Lorain, Ohio died Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in Kingston of Vermilion. She was born on August 23, 1933 in Morgantown, West Virginia to the late Rachel Lucille (nee: Clark) and Morgan Dale Riggleman. Mrs. Bolyard came to Lorain before making her home in Vermilion in 1999. She was employed for twelve years as a cashier for Goodwill. Mrs. Bolyard formerly attended Victory Baptist Church, Elyria, Ohio. She enjoyed watching T.V. and doing word search. Mrs. Bolyard was an artist painter who loved playing poker and bingo. She is survived by her sons, Larry David (Carla) Bolyard of Kansas and Richard Laine (Julie) Bolyard of Findley, Ohio, daughters, Tammy D. Fox and Cheryl L. Geisel, both of Lorain, her brother, Faye (Shirley) Riggleman of Lake Orion, Michigan, sisters, Marie France of Cincinnati, Ohio, Annabelle Gore if Horatio, Michigan and Mabel Pyles of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and a great great grandson. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bolyard was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Gerald Bolyard in 1969, her son, Gerald Bernard Bolyard in 2006, brother, Bill Riggleman and son-in-law, Andy Fox. Friends will be received on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 10 AM until noon and from 2 PM until 4 PM in the Walter A.
