Frances DeWitt Obituary

Frances Leetta DeWitt, 74, of Lorain, passed away December 27, 2017, at Cleveland MetroHealth Hospital after a sudden illness.
Born March 14, 1943, to Robert and Eula Lamie, she lived the majority of her life in Lorain, attended the Church Of God Of Prophecy in Vermillion, Ohio and enjoyed caring for her loving family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Darrell R. DeWitt, in February of 2016; granddaughter, Stephanie Ann; and brother, Robert Lamie.
She is survived by sons, Timothy (Pauline), Darrell Michael (Brenda), Dale (Sheila), Donald (Theresa) and Dean (Kathy) DeWitt; daughters, Rhonda (Marty) Mackey and Barbara (Jeff) Hanigan; 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and sister, Sheila Baldauf.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 31, from 1 p.m. until time of service at 4 p.m., in the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home in Lorain. Reverend Joseph Newberry officiating
