Dorothy Carol Hoffman, 81 of Lorain, Ohio passed away on June 15, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold and also by two brothers and one sister. She was the loving mother of William (Geneva) of Texas, Joel (Beth) of North Olmsted, Kathy Gordon and Janet Amato (Ronald) both of Lorain. She also leaves behind six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Friday at noon at the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, 700 West Erie Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052 where the family will receive friends one hour before the service. Online condolences may be made to www.freyfuneralhome.com.
