Christopher Paul Miller

Christopher P. Miller, 65 of Burkesville, Kentucky, formerly of Lorain, Ohio died Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at his residence. He was born on July 26, 1948 in Pennsylvania. Mr. Miller was employed by the Ford Motor Company, Lorain Works before retiring. He enjoyed working on old cars and doing wood-working. Mr. Miller is survived by his wife of thirty five years, Shirley Wallace Miller, sons, Robert Miller and Michael Miller, both of Ohio, daughter, Tina Miller of Ohio, brother, Gary Miller of Avon Lake, Ohio, sister, Karen Jerrell of Louisville, Kentucky, step-sons, Bryan Coates of Amherst, Ohio and Brad Coates of Denver, Colorado and a host of grandchildren, nephews, nieces and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Becky Miller and his step-son, Dwayne Coates. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 2 PM until 4 PM in the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, 700 West Erie Avenue, Lorain, 44052 where funeral services will follow at 4 PM. with Pastor Jay Roller of Grace Baptist Church, Lorain officiating.
