Christopher Charles Burris

Christopher Charles Burris, 55 of Lorain, Ohio died in his home on Saturday, February 22, 2014. He was born on May 20, 1958 in Lorain where he made his home for the remainder of his life. Christopher was a 1977 graduate of the former Admiral King High School, Lorain. He was employed at the former Bob's Big Boy in Amherst, Ohio. Christopher enjoyed working with animals. Every year he assisted at the Lorain County Fair, especially in the rabbit barn. He was a collector who had a passion for cooking. Christopher was a veracious reader who could be found very often with a good book. He is survived by his mother, Helen Burris (nee: Gulas) of Lorain, his sister, Brenda (Roger) Wamsley of Kipton, Ohio, two nephews, a niece and great niece. Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Charles Morgan Burris. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 26 from 6 pm until 9 pm at the Walter A.
