Billy C. Evans, Sr.

BILLY C. EVANS, SR. Billy C. Evans, Sr. 56 of Lorain, Ohio passed away on December 15, 2010 in Riverside Hospital, Columbus, Ohio from a sudden illness. Billy was born in Williamson, West Virginia on March 2, 1954. He lived in Lorain most of his life. He attended Christian Life Church in his younger days. His enjoyment in life was taking his grandchildren fishing, working on cars and riding his motorcycle. While owning his own business, he found time to work with his life long friend, Ernie White at Ernie's Towing. He also enjoyed his rotts. Billy is survived by his mother, June Evans, his sister, Annette (Danny) Booth, his sons, Billy C. (Brittany) Evans, Jr. and Carl Evans, his niece, Crystal (Jose) Gonzalez, nephew, Michael Heller, twelve grandchildren and two great nephews. Billy was preceded in death by his son, James Dean Evans, his father Billy R. Evans, his grandparents on both sides and several aunts and uncles. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, December 20, 2010 from 2 P. M. until 4 P. M. and from 6 P. M. until 8 P. M. in the Walter A. Frey Funeral Home, 700 West Erie Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052 where funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 11 A. M. with The Rev. Mr. Jimmy Justice officiating.
