Betty Clare Forster (nee Kerchinske), passed away peacefully Friday, May 10, 2024, at The Woods on French Creek, Avon, Ohio. Born in Lorain, Ohio to the late Otto and Elizabeth (nee Engle) Kerchinske, she married Lloyd J. Forster and they made their home in Sheffield Village. Her passions in life included knitting, baking and cooking, traveling, gambling and sharing her tremendous love for and with her family. Betty attended Saint Thomas the Apostle, Sheffield Lake. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, sons, Ronald “Ron” (Rose) and Michael Forster; grandson, John (Lauren) Forster; great grandson’s, Ben and Alex Forster, and sister, Ellen Morgan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lloyd Forster in 2008, and sister, Dorothy McGunagle. All services private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Murray Ridge Center, (murrayridgecenter.org). Interment, Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon, Ohio. Services under the direction of the WALTER A.
