Barbara Lee Kutza, age 81, passed away Friday, April 01, 2022, at O'Neill Healthcare, Fairview Park, Ohio. Born January 22, 1941, in Baltic, Ohio to the late Vaughn and Florence (nee Eckert) Rinehart. A Registered Nurse by profession, it truly defined who she was, as she had a genuine passion and concern for her patients. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, traveling and taking care of all of her four legged friends. She is survived by her daughter, Christine (Owen) Jones; granddaughters, Kathleen Jones, Eleanor Jones and sister, Sue Jackson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, John Dunn and Donald Kutza; sister, Sally Snyder. Private family interment, Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Cleveland Animal Protective League at, clevelandapl.org.
